The Chops is a meat barn in the quiet part of downtown

We really like to call it "meat barn". It describes the main values of the place: simplicity, honesty, and heart. The Chops is all about meat, bourbon, and Bloody Marys.

It was inspired by southern and Midwest states, where BBQ culture is essential and every pitmaster is born right out of the smoker. And now we want every guest of the Chops to experience the original American BBQ party.

We imagine The Chops as big and tough pitmaster, with charcoal and sauce all around right after loading huge pork carcass into a smoker. And at the same time, it's your lovely grandma from Texas with flowers on her apron and warm berry pie.

What about beer? Every Monday, we have something new on our famous " Tap #10" and every Thursday new bottles are coming in. For a short period of time, our guests tasted more than 200 styles of bottled beer and more than 80 on tap.

If you accidentally got yourself a hangover, The Chops is the best place you want to be: juicy burgers, sizzling sausages, and a variety of Bloody Marys.
